Using an augmentative communication device (AAC) gives children with speech & language disorders a voice!  Our speech therapists teach children to use their AAC devices to communicate just like someone else would with their own voice.  For many children, the use of an AAC device enhances their spoken language.

Sometimes it is hard for children with speech & language delays to feel comfortable socializing with peers.  Our Social Skills Group provides an opportunity for communication & socialization in a safe, welcoming environment.  Children in this group practice playing games together, having conversations, asking friends their names, and interacting in a group setting.  They make friends and have fun without worrying!
