CAP MR/DD
CAP - MR/DD is a habilitative service for people who qualify for institutional level of care. This service allows people to be served in their home and community rather than an institution. Services address goals for socialization, mobility, recreation, self-help, daily living skills, and training for families and caregivers.

Dreamweavers provides the following CAP services:

Kyle Norris-Covington, BS, QP—CAP Supervisor

stephanie brown Kyle received her Bachelor of Science degree in Human Services from Gardner Webb University, Boiling Springs, NC. Kyle has been working in the field of developmental disabilities for more than 20 years. Prior to working with Dreamweavers, Kyle’s family owned and operated a group home in Cleveland County for 15 years serving adults who were dually-diagnosed with mental illness and developmental disabilities. Kyle’s experience also includes working as a supervisor for Holy Angels. Kyle has provided foster care to children with disabilities. She is an active volunteer in the community. Kyle has been with Dreamweavers since 2005.

Emily Hill, MA, QDDP—CAP Supervisor

emily hillEmily received her undergraduate degree in Elementary and Special Education from Niagara University in Lewiston, NY.  She received a Masters' Degree in Special Education from Grand Canyon University.  Emily has been working with people with disabilities for ten years.  Prior to working for Dreamweavers Unlimited, Emily taught Special Education in Niagara Falls, NY and Regular Education in Charlotte, NC.
